Contact form: if you use the contact form on an assistant page, we process the name, phone or e-mail and subject you provide, solely to call you back about your enquiry (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). These submissions are handled by our hosting and forms provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which stores them on our behalf; the transfer to the USA relies on standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. Calculator inputs are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to us.

The policy covers, in line with GDPR Art. 13: the data controller's identity; what data we process and why (analytics, cookies, optional e-mail addresses, contact-form data); the legal bases (consent for analytics/marketing cookies, legitimate interest for core analytics); recipients of data and transfers outside the EEA (tool providers such as Google and the hosting provider); retention periods; your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to the Polish supervisory authority PUODO); the cookies policy with consent management via the banner; and information on profiling.
