Creditworthiness calculator — how much you can borrow (2026)
How much can you borrow? This calculator works the way a bank does: it subtracts living costs and liabilities from net income, applies the DStI ratio from KNF Recommendation S (40–50% of income), adds the interest-rate stress buffer (+2.5 pp) and — what most calculators skip — computes capacity over at most 25 years, even if your loan runs 30. The result is a range, because banks differ from each other by 20–30%.

With this capacity you can compare bank offers:
Bank Pekao
RRSO* 8,17%
Erste Bank Polska
RRSO* 8,18%
Raiffeisen Digital Bank
RRSO* 8,29%
Commercial links (cash loans per the bank's representative example). RRSO* as of 03.08.2026. Not an offer (art. 66 of the Civil Code).
Model per KNF Recommendation S: DStI 40% of income (up to ~PLN 8,000 net) or 50% (above); max instalment = the lower of the post-living-cost surplus and the DStI limit; the amount follows from the instalment at the stress rate (your rate + buffer), over at most 25 years. Card limits burden 3%/month. Range: the conservative variant uses DStI 40% and living costs +20%.
The result is an estimate — each bank uses its own cost tables, income weights (e.g. coefficients for lump-sum business income) and BIK scoring; banks differ by 20–30%. This is not an offer, a loan promise or advice. Your binding capacity is computed by the bank from documents.
